Since I entered the “real world” and started working, my exercising habits have fallen off. I used to be good at planning workouts, going for runs and eating the right food. It was easy with a flexible student schedule. After running a 5k and realizing how out of shape I am, this spring I finally got my butt in gear. I’m getting better at exercising a couple days a week. It’s been wonderful to feel my muscles become more defined and to have more energy. I haven’t bought much fashionable work out gear yet (still wearing college t-shirts) but I’m starting to branch out.

This drawing shows a combination of my old and new workout outfit choices. I’m addicted to running shorts that cut up the sides in fun colors. While still casual this girl looks put together and ready to conquer the gym or an exercise class!
